Roughneck Series Bottleneck Slides

The Roughneck Series Slides are cut on both ends before being ground to a smooth finish with 45 degree bevels on each end.  These workhorse slides feature a distinct surface and are hand-picked for
their rough outer texture and large seams.  Their unique surface characteristics enable players to achieve the original sounds of the Mississippi Delta - complete with all of the scratch, grit and growl any player could ever need!  They sound especially swampy when doing quiet vibrato (not plucked) on wound strings.  All Roughneck Series slides are numbered, signed by Mr. B and contain their ring size in the serial number. 

Finely ground ends with a comfortable 45-degree inner bevel. This is the true no-frills, "workhorse" slide of our product line!
